Ingredients
- 1.75 ozTequila Tromba Reposado
- 0.75 ozfresh lemon juice
- 0.75 ozsimple syrup
- 1pasteurized egg white
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake first.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
- Top with 3 drops of bitters of your choice.
