SPICE IS NICE
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Tequila Tromba Blanco
0.5 oz Aperol
2 oz Cranberry juice
0.5 oz RAFT Cranberry 5 spice syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 egg white
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake will again. Strain and serve in a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and cranberries.
