INGREDIENTS:

1 Oz Tromba Cafeto 

1 Shot of espresso or cold brew concentrate

.5 Oz Tromba Reposado

.5 Oz Italian herbal liqueur

.5 Oz Pineapple syrup 

2 Dashes angostura bitters

MARTINI GLASS

 

 

PREPARATION:

Build everything into a shaker tin, add ice, then double strain into a martini glass. 

 

GARNISH: Chocolate / coffee beans.
