Picante Hibiscus Sour

PICANTE HIBISCUS SOUR

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Tromba Tequila blanco

0.75 oz Ancho Reyes Chilli liqueur

1 oz fresh lemon juice

0.75 oz RAFT Hibiscus Lavender syrup

Egg white 

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry shake. Add ice and shake well again. Strain into your favourite rocks glass with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
