Zenitude Paloma

1.5 Green Tea Infused Tromba Blanco*
1 oz St-Germain (or any other Elderflower Liqueur)
2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes of Ms Better’s Bitters Cucumber Bitters
2-3 oz Club Soda
0.5 oz of Egg Whites
Black Lava Salt Rim
Dehydrated Lime Wheels

*Throw a bag of green tea into 6 oz of Tromba Blanco and leave it to infuse for 15 min. Remove the bag and store it in the fridge. 


Rim a Collins glass with the salt. Secret trick: use a paint brush and agave nectar to help the salt sticking to the glass and shape the rim you’d like.
In a shaker, add the infused Tromba, St-Germain, grapefruit juice, bitters and egg whites.
Shake vigorously without ice first, then add ice and shake well.
Fill your salted glass with ice and strain the mix into it. Top with soda and garnish.
Use a straw to mix and drink.
