In a blender…
26oz pineapple juice
juice of 2 limes
1-2 fresh jalapeños, chopped (add according to heat level wanted)
1 bunch fresh cilantro (rinse really well, include stalks & roots)
1 bunch fresh mint (leaves only)

Flavour balance will vary according to seasonality.
Blend then strain into bottles. Keep refrigerated. Will keep for 4-5 days.
Serve 1oz shot alongside 1oz Tromba Blanco.
