Verdita Margarita

Tromba Blanco Infusion:
Mint
Cilantro
Lime zest
Jalapeño


For 12 to 36 hours at cooler temperature or in the fridge. Filter end set aside.

For the cocktail:
2 oz infused Tromba
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
0.75 fresh lime juice
0.5 oz agave nectar

In a Shaker add the infused Tromba Blanco, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and agave nectar and shake with ice.
Strain into Tajin Habanero rimmed coupe glass.
Garnish with pineapple, jalapeño, mint and cilantro.
