1.5 oz Celery infused Tromba Blanco*
1 oz Charm Soju (Korean Rice Liquor)
1 oz Pear Nectar
0,5 Fresh Lime Juice
0,25 Honey Syrup (50/50 Honey & Water Mix)
Garnish: Pear Slices
*Sustainable Infusion: in a small glass jar, add a big handful of celery trims and 6.5 oz of Tromba Blanco. Left to infuse in the fridge for 24 hours up to 3 days. Strain out the celery and keep the infusion in the fridge. Makes 4 cocktails.
In a shaker, add all the ingredients over ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass or on the rocks in an old fashioned glass. Garnish and enjoy!
