Pomegranate Paloma

1 oz Tromba Añejo
1 oz Real pomegranate juice, plus seeds for garnish
1 oz sparkling water
Squeeze of lime to taste, plus lime wheel for garnish
Squeeze of agave nectar to taste
Sea salt rim for garnish

Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a wedge of lime around the edge and dipping it onto a plate of salt.
Build the drink. First add ice, then Tequila Tromba Añejo, pomegranate juice, lime juice and agave nectar. Stir, adjust for taste and then top with soda water.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a lime wheel.
