Picante Hibiscus Sour
2 oz Tequila Tromba Blanco
0.75 oz Ancho Reyes chilli liqueur
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz RAFT Hibiscus Lavender syrup
1 Egg white
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry shake.
Add ice and shake well again.
Strain into your favorite rocks glass with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
