1 oz Tromba Reposado
1.5 oz Sherry Amontillado
0.75 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
1 dash Chocolate bitters (or Angostura)
Big Ice Cube
Heart shaped orange zest & shaved chocolate for garnish
In a mixing glass half filled with ice, add all ingredients, stir to mix well and slightly dilute. Pour into a big ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish.
