2 oz Jukie candied nuts infused Reposado*
1 oz Oloroso Sherry
0.75 oz Orgeat Syrup
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz Tromba Añejo (float)
Lime wheels & candied nuts for garnish
*Infusion: Add 3/4 of nuts into a container and fill up with Tromba Reposado. Leave 24 to 48 hours at room temperature and strain well. Give a good shake before using.
Share all ingredients except the Añejo. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Leave a half inch free and top with Tromba Añejo. Garnish with lime wheels and nuts.
