Hotel de Mendoza Swizzle

Small handful mint, torn
1.75 oz Tromba Reposado
.5 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz passion fruit pulp

Muddle mint at the bottom of a tall glass
Fill glass 2/3’s of the way with crushed ice and remainder of ingredients
Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig or a passion fruit
