Añejo Mai Tai
2 oz Tromba Añejo
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Orange Liqueur
0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
Float of Peychaud Bitters
Garnish: mint sprig, lime wheel or pineapple slices
Shake all ingredients (besides the bitters) and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Make the top layer of ice with crushed ice. Garnish and generously add dashes of bitters on the crushed ice to create the float.
