INGREDIENTS:

1.5 Oz Tromba Cafeto

1 egg

.5 Oz Tromba Reposado

.25 Oz PX Sherry

.25 oz Agave Syrup 

 

PREPARATION:

Build everything into a shaker tin and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into glass.

GARNISH: Grated nutmeg.
